Writers' opinions of 'writer's block' differ, some don't believe in it, some have never had it, some exist only as the block personified, others think they can escape it with sleep, or sacrificing a fatted calf to their muse. Whatever, if you've heard of it it's a thing, and even if you don't believe in it, keeping your writer brain oiled like a well oiled writer brain, helps keep things running smoothly whether the block exists or not.

Public pages are useful for building SEOs for the site. However, we wouldn't want a passing writer to create one accidentally, so permissions are restricted to editors and site builders. Even so, they are warned in the description that published Public Pages are indeed public. This would mean they would no longer count as 'unpublished' for submission elsewhere.
